Every program is built on something the venue already owns: the bench and rail on the path, the chair in the activity room, the wall of the pool. Twelve weeks, capped at 10, measured at week 1 and week 12, reported to you in writing.
A guided 50-minute walk with five stationary stops, where balance and lower-limb strength work uses the benches, rails and steps already on your paths. Two streams run in parallel, so residents are placed by capability rather than sorted into one class that suits neither end of the group.
Next step: Site walk-through, about 45 minutes, written venue assessment either way.
See the full programFor retirement villagesA 45-minute strength and balance class in your activity room, on your own chairs. The chair is safety apparatus, not the exercise. One session runs three lanes, from seated to standing unsupported, so the whole spread of a community trains in the same room.
Next step: Free 45-minute session, with the room assessment completed on the same visit.
See the full programFor pool operatorsA 45-minute music-led shallow-water class for older adults in your existing pool, in an off-peak slot. The wall is the apparatus. Nothing is installed, and the shallow end is back to public use the minute the class ends. What you buy is occupancy, counted and reported.
Next step: Pool assessment, about 30 minutes, written assessment either way.
