Two guided walking groups for older adults. Fifty minutes, five stops, and coffee at the end.
The two groups run in parallel. One isn't a step up from the other — they do different work, so pick the one that matches what you want from it. The walking gets you between the stops, and the stops are where the work happens.
8+ years teaching adults 50+, and I lead every walk myself. My best mate Stormy comes along to most community sessions — she owns whatever room she's in, footpath included.

For adults 55+ who can already walk 30 minutes without stopping.
Every walk finishes with coffee at a café on the route.
Ten people per group, so I know your name and can see how you move.
Your first session includes a few simple tests. I repeat them at 12 weeks so you can see what has changed.
Walks start at 06:30 from November to March and 08:00 from April to October.
You're welcome at both — book a block for each and it's the same $8 a session.
Starting December 2026 — days and meeting points announced soon.
Everyone fills in a pre-exercise screening form before their first session. If it flags something, I'll ask for clearance from your GP or physiotherapist before you start.
Bring water, a hat, sunscreen and closed-in shoes.
Bookings aren't open yet. Leave your details and I'll let you know the days and meeting points as soon as they're set. Prefer to talk it through? Call 0488 883 408 or email hello@glencook.fit.
