How village programs work

8+ years teaching adults 50+ — including programs run in retirement village settings. I deliver structured group fitness sessions on-site at your village, on a regular weekly or fortnightly schedule agreed with your activities team.

Sessions are designed to be accessible to a range of abilities within the same class. Residents participate at their own level, with modifications provided in real time.
